This diet is based on a complete diet, which includes the inclusion of a large amount of protein foods, complex carbohydrates, as well as healthy fats.

When treating constipation through diet, you should eat more fruits and vegetables, consisting of plant fiber – this activates the activity of the intestines.

- eggs;
- fruits and berries with a fixing effect ( pear, blueberry, mountain ash, pomegranate, quince, persimmon);
- vegetables: garlic, radish, radish, onion;
-alcohol, cocoa, tea, coffee.
