Digested food "gives" energy, fills us with vibrations, and our psychological state, in turn, changes. Thus, we eat because we need to achieve a certain, in particular, comfortable mental state. And, accordingly, in the case of fullness with positive emotions, there is no need for other energy sources and, therefore, no food compensation is required.

Why classic diets do not contribute to weight loss

As a rule, debilitating diets contribute only to temporary weight loss. Since the subtle body accumulates energy hunger all the time devoted to the diet, on one day that is not perfect for our goal, a breakdown may well occur. Our physical body is capable of experiencing hunger for a very long time, however, this is not possible for the subtle body, since the latter needs certain emotions every day, but if it does not receive them, the person energetically “wears out”, becomes nervous, he is overcome by dissatisfaction with everything and everyone. Emotional life minimizes our appetite

If our life is saturated with emotions, then our subtle body is "satiated", and therefore the appetite is minimized. At the same time, emotions should not be exclusively positive, since the experience of various mental states, in principle, fills the subtle body with energy. If, for example, sadness is experienced by us, and in no way suppressed, it can also nourish the energy body. It is well known that not finding the strength to live through emotions, many people prefer to simply seize them.

But still, positive emotions have a special slimming effect. Of course, in your life there are zones of bliss, pleasure, in which you do not need additional nutrition, and where you get the opportunity to recharge with positive, joy. Find them in your life.

We propose to conduct an experiment: for 2-3 weeks, try to contact your emotions. This means the following: every day, at least a little bit (from half an hour to an hour), do what brings you personally pleasure, try to nourish yourself with it. Make a list of these activities. And let this list be purely individual. It is necessary to do not what is good for a woman, but what is interesting, entertaining and joyful for you personally.
