Exercise for nasolabial folds

The mouth is parted, the teeth are closed by the lips. Place your thumbs on the corners of your lips. Gently lift your fingers up the nasolabial folds to the wings of the nose and back. You should make 20 repetitions, then perform 30 of the same movements, but fast.

Cheek lift exercise

Open your mouth and press your lips to your teeth. Smile wider only with the upper lip, while the lower eyelids should be squinted. This position must be held for 30 seconds. Number of repetitions – 20.

Upper eyelid lifting exercise

Close your eyes and put your middle fingers on your eyelids. Open your eyes, while overcoming the resistance – freeze like this for a few seconds. Then close your eyes again and relax your eyelids. Number of repetitions – 30.

Exercise to eliminate bags under the eyes and strengthen the lower eyelids

Left bow attach to the left eye, right – to the right, look up. Using your middle fingers, press on the inner corners of your eyes, and using your index fingers, press on the outer ones.  Next, squint, while pulling the lower eyelid up. Hold this position for 40 seconds and then relax. Number of repetitions – 10.

Neck anti-wrinkle exercise

For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to perform this exercise in a supine position. Grasp the front of your neck with your palms and stretch your neck forward. There should be a feeling of tension in the muscles of the neck, after a second, relax. Number of repetitions – 20.

Exercise from the second chin and jowls

Opening your mouth, press your upper lip tightly against your teeth, while reaching inward with your lower lip and corners of your mouth. Place your index finger on your chin and gently press down to feel a slight resistance. Then slowly open and close your mouth as if trying to scoop up water with your lower jaw. Raise your chin a little higher with each scoop. Number of repetitions – 30.

After your head is tilted back and your chin is pointing towards the ceiling, hold this position for 30 seconds.

Each of the anti-wrinkle exercises should be given about 2 minutes. To achieve the best results, do face building 2 times a day, the entire training course for the face is 2-3 weeks. After that, to maintain the result, it is enough to perform the exercises twice a week.
