Exercise 1 – For the orbicular muscle of the mouth

The circular muscle of the mouth must be pressed against the teeth with your fingers, and the lips should be tightly compressed. Try to pry your lips together to make a "y" sound. Hold the muscle with your fingers to prevent wrinkles from forming. Under your fingers, feel how this circular muscle of the mouth works. Tighten and relax your lips. Repeat exercise 20 times.

Exercise 2 – For lower lip

Strengthen the lower part of the orbicularis muscle in the mouth area. Open your teeth, place your fingers behind the lower lip to create an obstacle. Try to pull the lip forward with your fingers, while straining to return the lip to its place, creating resistance. Alternate with relaxation. It is necessary to clearly feel the tension of the lower part of the muscle. The lip does not turn out, but resists the pressure of the fingers. Repeat 20 times, relaxation and tension.

Exercise 3 – Upper lip

Strengthen the upper part of the circular muscle. Place your thumbs under the upper lip so that the nail plates touch the gums. Try to pull your upper lip with your finger and resist it. Alternate tension with relaxation. Run 20 times.

Exercise 4 – For the circular muscle on the sides of the lips

Strengthen the sides of the orbicular muscle. With index fingers we wind up the corners of the lips and pull them away, while resisting. You need to pull forward, and not to the sides, so as not to stretch the muscle. Tighten and relax up to 20 times.

Exercise 5 – Circular movements of the tongue

Open your lips, and rest your tongue against the lower lip, moving the tongue in a circle. From the lower lip to the corners, to the upper lip and again to the corners. Exercise 7 – Pipe

Make a flute with your lips, opening your mouth. Say "o" and open your mouth even more, then close your lips, stretching out with a tube. And so alternate: slightly open, pronounce the sound "o", close. Do this exercise 15 times.

Exercise 8 – For lip augmentation

Puff out your cheeks, hold your breath, then blow out the air, making the sound "p-p-p-p-p" without stretching the sound, but interrupting it. Do at least 10 times.

Exercise 9 – Stretch

Close your lips and pull out with a tube. Try to reach your lips to the tip of your nose, then relax, and try to reach your chin. Perform about 20 times in both directions.

Exercise 10 – Circular movements of the lips
