It will require:
•    2 fresh tomatoes;
•    2 fresh cucumbers;
•    2 eggs;

•    Salt and ground pepper – to taste.
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon, cut the fish into large cubes. Then remove the top layer from the celery and cut it into the same cubes. Carrots should be cut into thin slices. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Baked chicken legs for New Year

Healthy and tasty recipes for the New Year – this is by no means a fantasy. Many of us cannot imagine the New Year's table without something meaty. So why deny yourself this? For a healthy meal, opt for chicken or turkey over fatty pork.

We offer to cook baked chicken legs. For this you will need:

•    10 chicken legs;

•    250 ml of yogurt or kefir;
•    flour, bread crumbs;
•    3 art. l. butter;
•    paprika, black pepper – 1 tsp each;
•    dried garlic, chili – 2 tsp.;
•    a tablespoon of salt.

Mix the spices and put them in a bag, then place the chicken legs there and pour 250 ml of kefir. In this form, the legs are marinated in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. After that, you need to take a deep baking sheet, after greasing it with oil and heating the oven to 230 degrees. Remove the legs from the marinade, pat dry with paper towels, then roll in the breadcrumbs, flour and butter mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. You can also think of an original serving of dishes to surprise your guests.

Desserts: healthy and tasty recipes for the New Year

What's a New Year's table without sweets? We offer you to try a delicious and healthy dessert, which can also be prepared quickly!

For it you will need:

•    400 g low-fat cottage cheese;•    100 g fat milk;
•    50 g cocoa powder;
•    20 ​​g honey;
•    15 g gelatin.

Soak gelatine in water to make it swell. Then drain the water from it and dilute it with warm milk, & nbsp; add honey and cocoa powder. Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Then pour the same mass into molds and set to cool.
