Lose weight on cereals: grain diet

Dream to lose weight – one of the most common desires of women all over the world. It is second only to the desire to have children and get married. Perhaps that is why there is such a variety of diets today.

From the entire list, we have selected the most interesting diets for you and combined them into one cycle. All of them are based on cereals, but each has its own structure. Therefore, everyone can choose their own option. We bring to your attention a grain diet.

Seven Day Grain Diet

This diet is designed for just one week. During this time, you can lose up to 5 kg. It will also help you not only lose weight, but also saturate your body with vitamins, useful trace elements and fiber.

Here, in fact, is the weekly menu:

Monday – wheat day

For the first day of the grain diet, you will need wheat porridge prepared as follows. Pour 180 grams of cereal with 750 ml of water and put on low heat. In 20 minutes, the porridge will be ready, and you will need to divide it into three equal parts.

Breakfast: porridge with the addition of a sweetener (optional), half a glass of milk.

Lunch: porridge, a glass of vegetable broth and a stalk of green onions.

Dinner: porridge with sweetener and cinnamon, and 125 grams of pure yogurt or kefir.

Tuesday – wheat day

The second day of the diet is also wheat, but with its own peculiarity. In order to cook porridge for this day, you will need to cook it not for 20 minutes, as on Monday, but for half an hour. And it will only need to be divided into two parts.

Breakfast: porridge with or without sweetener and half a glass of warm milk.

Lunch: porridge, a glass of vegetable broth.

Dinner: grated apple with lemon juice and sweetener.

Environment – oatmeal day

This time you need to take 180 grams of oats and, after filling them with 750 ml of water, bring to a boil. After that, reduce the heat and cook the porridge for 10 minutes. After the porridge has cooked, you need to divide it into three parts.

Breakfast: porridge and half a glass of milk.

Lunch: porridge with parsley and garlic, a glass of vegetable broth.

Dinner: porridge, 80 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, pour three tablespoons of milk and add a tablespoon of cocoa.

Thursday – rice day

On a grain day rice diet, you will only need to eat rice with apples. To prepare a meal for the day, you need to simmer rice for 35 minutes, poured with a small amount of water. Then peel half a kilogram of apples and, finely chopped, simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. After that, add the apples to the cooked rice and season them with lemon juice, cinnamon and sweetener. The whole mixture should be divided into three equal meals.

Friday – barley day

Barley porridge should be prepared in the same way as oatmeal, and it should also be divided into three parts.

Breakfast: porridge and half a glass of milk.

Lunch: porridge, a glass of vegetable broth and green onions. The broth can be seasoned with a pinch of pepper.

Dinner: porridge with two tablespoons of condensed milk and half a glass of orange juice.

Saturday – buckwheat day

The principle of cooking and the amount of buckwheat is no different from the previous barley day. As well as the three parts into which it must be divided.

Breakfast: porridge and a glass of milk.

Lunch: porridge and a glass of spiced vegetable broth.

Dinner: porridge and a glass of yogurt.

Last – mixed day

On the last day of the grain diet, you need to mix 60 grams of buckwheat, oats and wheat, pour it all into 750 ml of water and bring to a boil. After that, cook the porridge for another 20 minutes on low heat. And, of course, divide the resulting mixture for the whole day.

Breakfast: porridge and a glass of milk.

Lunch: porridge with three tablespoons of tomato paste and a glass of broth with garlic and spices.

Dinner: porridge with cinnamon, grated apple and lemon juice.

Throughout the entire grain diet, you should not eat anything other than what is written above. The only exceptions are drinks that can be consumed between meals and throughout the day. These drinks include herbal and green teas, as well as freshly squeezed juices, but without sugar.

Salt, sugar and alcohol – taboo for this diet.

The broth that is used throughout almost the entire diet should be only vegetable. If you do not eat any of the indicated cereals, then they can be replaced by any of the same list (except for the rice day). We hope that this diet appealed to you and will help you achieve the desired result.

    а я пробовала посидеть на гречневой диете, но безрезультатно, мне нужно было скинуть хотябы 7 кг за месяц, я сходила к врачу-диетологу и он мне посоветовал пройти курс диеты Симеонса с Анат Штерн, длился 1.5 месяца и результаты были просто невероятными, 12 кг, 12 кг за 1.5 месяца!
