Ayurveda knows many exercises, which can be performed to stay in excellent physical shape. And the asana "Pose of the Lion" and will completely allow the skin of the face to be toned and stay young for as long as possible. The famous yogi Lyudmila KOPIEVSKAYA tells how it should be done.
Simhasana exercise, better known as "Lion Pose", is aimed at strengthening the muscles of the face and neck. During its execution, a natural lifting of the face occurs, and the muscles of the skin and neck are tightened in a natural way.
- To perform it, you need to sit on the floor, buttocks on your heels.
- Place your palms on your upper thighs, spread your knees about two folded fists apart.
- Take a breath, while holding the breath, lean forward slightly.
- Let the hands slide over the hips and knees until the ribs of the palms begin to rest on the floor, while the thumbs stick out to the sides.
- At the same time, open your mouth, stick your tongue out as far forward and down as possible.
- Open your eyes wide, exhale sharply through your mouth, if possible, then with a growl, then hide your tongue, then take a vertical position and relax.
Repeat the exercise two more times.
* This asana increases blood flow to the face, relieves tension from the muscles of the face by strengthening them, and reduces fatty tissue on the chin.
