    В современном мире большинство людей как минимум раз в год в депрессию спадают. И правильно вы написали, что причин этому множество. Самая простая на мой взгляд - это усталость. Когда человек монотонно на протяжении нескольких месяцев/лет выполняет одни и те же функции, он делает все на автомате, отдает силы. Я для себя нашла несколько вариантов борьбы с этим. Как ни странно, но мне лично помог не более длительный сон, а физические нагрузки! Но тут нужно выбрать то, что будет нравится именно Вам - для меня это тренажерный зал и танцы. Первое время будет непривычно и сложно, порой накатывать усталость будет, но не поддавайтесь. тут второй мой рецепт помогает - пробиотики - они помогают наладить работу всего организма, восстановить баланс микрофлоры. Это приводит к тому, что болеете меньше, ускоряется метаболизм, ЖКТ работает слажено и т.п. Ну и, конечно, без здорового питания никуда.
