This fruit and vegetable diet is very good for all those who do not want to return to their previous weight immediately after switching to a normal diet. Even after its completion, you will lose about two kilograms by switching to a regular diet. The only condition at the end of the diet is the absence of any food after 19:00.
The weekly summer diet is based on fruits and vegetables, which are plentiful on these warm days! Fruits and vegetables contain a lot of fiber, which fills the stomach, causing a feeling of fullness, and also cleanses the body of toxins.

The first day of the diet involves eating vegetables. You can eat all vegetables except potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. Vegetables should only be eaten raw.
Second day - fruits. If you feel very hungry, you can drink a glass of yogurt.
Third day consists only of fruits that grow on bushes - raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, not sweet grapes.
Fourth day — dairy. One liter of kefir and 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese sweetened with a little honey will work great for our purpose.
The fifth day repeats the first.
And on the sixth we will eat the ration of the third day.
On the seventh and last day, only liquids are taken. Whoever likes it. For example: orange and apple juice.
