4. Starting position as in the previous exercise. You should perform smooth head tilts forward and to the left, while stretching your chin to the sternum. After that, the interlaced fingers are placed on the back of the head and pressed up and forward, while slightly raising the back of the head. This position must be held for one minute, in total, perform 20 repetitions. This exercise will help restore the functional activity of the nerve plexus of the neck.
