- Pick up exercises for your benefit and pleasure, for example, gymnastics for the face.

To make it easier for you to create your own diet menu for immunity, use our example. For breakfast, drink 300 ml of milk, during the second breakfast treat yourself to 100 g of nuts. For lunch, take 200 grams of vegetable salad (for example, a seasonal vinaigrette), 200 grams of boiled beef and a slice of black bread, wash it down with uzvar or herbal tea. For an afternoon snack, kefir and dried fruits are perfect. Dinner – raw quail eggs (5 pcs.), apple and herbal tea.
Alternative diet menu for immunity: Breakfast – 2 slices of bread, trog, hard boiled egg, lettuce, raspberry tea. Second breakfast – 2 whole grain buns, ham, orange juice. For lunch, steamed brisket, broccoli, jacket potatoes, mineral water with lemon are suitable. For an afternoon snack, take a fruit salad of apples, oranges, bananas, kiwi. For dinner, boiled beans, whole grain bun, mackerel pasta, lemon tea are suitable.
