Do you work in an office, spend a lot of time sitting at a computer and get very tired? Office gymnastics will speed up the body from ossification and make the brain think faster. To organize it properly, follow our simple guidelines:
Don't smoke breaks
Charging – great reason to quit smoking. How much time do you spend in the smoking room with colleagues? This time can be spent on your health. Every two hours spent sitting, take a break for a 3-minute exercise. Remember to also take breaks after every 45 minutes of computer use.
Don't be afraid to be non-conformist
If you do not find support from colleagues, do the office exercises alone. No need to be shy and afraid of sidelong glances. Your health is more valuable. Trust me, your colleagues will immediately join you when they notice significant improvements in appearance and health, and then you can show them some of the exercises from your arsenal.
Walk more and walk more often
Avoid vehicles when walking is possible. If you work in a multi-story building, take the stairs instead of using the elevator.
Emphasize strength training
Even if they seem heavy to you, try not to skip strength exercises. Most of them in office gymnastics are designed to hold your weight. Over time, you will find it much easier to do them.
Experiment
After a few months of practice, you can get used to the complex, and it will seem too simple for you. Gradually add the exercises that work best for you.
Keep your posture
Remember to have a proper posture when working on a computer. Be careful not to cross your legs or slouch. Convince your bosses to buy quality office chairs with back support and green up the office with your colleagues.
Fitness – no excuse
You don't have to shy away from office gymnastics, even if you play sports after hours. To avoid hypodynamia, you simply need such breaks during work.
