In general, today doctors are very concerned about the chaotic diet and often the lack of healthy habits in the diet.

The scientific world, in turn, is asking a global question and is doing everything to match the need to feed humanity and the possibilities for this in conditions when resources begin to be scarce. And that's what we may have to eat in the near future.

The technique of cultivating living tissues from individual cells has been known for quite a long time. To date, the relevant organizations are busy with the issue of growing beef. This process is possible due to the fact that muscle cells taken from a live cow are placed in a special nutrient medium.

There are enough such initiatives: in particular, yeast cells are modified to produce cheese. And this is not a substitute like tofu, it also does not do without a part of the cow's DNA, which is necessary for coding for milk protein. Scientists are also planning to "produce" milk without the participation of this animal. Not far off is the creation of artificial shrimp, which, however, are similar in appearance and taste to real ones: they will simply be deprived of & nbsp; allergens, they will not contain antibiotics and it will be possible to use them without killing living creatures (as is the case with cows).

Already a reality, although not so common, printing food of various shapes on three-dimensional printers. For example, there are those whose cartridges are loaded with both sweet products (icing, chocolate) and unsweetened ones (the same beef, etc.). The product is divided into molecules, and from the resulting mass you can create any configuration, you just have to "turn on" the fantasy, and the software will help you in everything. Another printer, while less affordable, allows you to print a layer of any desired product even with a thickness of 0.5 mm. There is also a printer for printing only from sweets (today it is the cheapest of all in production).

Grass and seaweed

Any house grows grass, and few people think that even harmful, as many people think, weeds can be made edible. All this will become possible if you understand how to eliminate the toxicity of such plants or their bitter taste. What individual enthusiasts from science are working on today. After all, this approach allows you to stop the shortage of food resources and hunger in the future. 

Algae are also plants that, through photosynthesis, help to reduce the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. As part of both seaweed and those that grow in any other reservoirs – rivers, lakes, etc. – contains a significant amount of fiber and protein, and certain types of these plants are even endowed with beneficial fatty acids. So in the future, the World Ocean can be imagined as a limitless "supplier" of algae for all mankind, in contrast to the land part of the planet, which is already being exploited by almost 100%.  

Obviously, the above products will be available in supermarkets in the near future, because scientific research in the field of the food industry does not stop, but only gains "turnover".
