When faced with a drop in temperature, our skin flakes and looks irritated, as the secretion of the sebaceous glands decreases. The temperature difference when leaving the room to the open frosty air provokes the appearance of redness, which is associated with a deterioration in the functioning of the microcirculatory bed, and the load on the vessels increases. Increased heat transfer in the form of evaporation of moisture from the surface of the skin leads to its dehydration. The beginning of the heating season also has its reflection on the skin and hair – they become dry, brittle, or unruly. Mere care will not be enough.
Winter Care Rules:
1. It all starts with cleansing: for washing, you need to use milk or foam according to your skin type.
2. It is necessary to change the mode of using creams: use moisturizers in the evening, and protective and denser – in the morning.
3. Do not use cosmetics immediately before going outside, apply cream or foundation correctly 30-40 minutes before appearing in the cold.

A mask with honey (1 tablespoon), sour cream (1 teaspoon) and egg yolk not only restores the protective layer, but also saturates the skin with microelements.
6. Care and protection require hands in winter. In the skin of the hands there are significantly fewer sebaceous and sweat glands responsible for the formation of a protective water-lipid mantle. Therefore, moisturizing and protective cream – required.
7. Dryness of the mucous membranes of the eyes and nose can be corrected with a humidifier. An open container with water or a live fountain near the heating elements – this option is more economical and more romantic.
8. And of course, attention to the hair: in the arsenal should be a moisturizing mask, matched to the type of your hair.
9. For vitamins "for the skin" your body will respond with gratitude, since strengthening should be from the inside as well. A course of vitamin therapy for a month is enough: vitamin A 30 000-50 000 IU per day, vitamin 100-200 mg per day, vitamin C 250-500 mg per day.
