The essence of the problem is as follows: at elevated temperatures, such drinks begin to extract sulfuric acid. And assuming that the same cola will relieve you of thirst or contribute to cooling, you are very mistaken. What you are definitely guaranteed is an increase in the amount of acid in the stomach.

Milk

In this case it is also – not about mixing drinks, but about dishes that were prepared on the basis of milk and the use of the latter with soda. Such dishes can be both dessert and not at all sweet: for example, cream cakes or pasta with cream-based sauce. When mixing carbonated drinks and milk in the stomach, a significant increase in acidity occurs, which can cause heartburn, disorder in the digestive process and so noticeable pain that a person often takes what is happening to him for an impending heart attack.
