— Sergey Mikhailovich, you have a different view of the treatment of the spine from the official…
— You just need to understand one important point: the spine is not just a collection of bones and cartilage, vertebrae and discs. This — fortress, inside it is hidden the spinal cord of the central nervous system. And red bone marrow, which produces red blood cells, is responsible for immunity and hemoglobin. Any injury to the vertebrae leads to irreparable destruction in this fortress. Therefore, I am against operations on the spine, for example, with herniated intervertebral discs. Although they have long become standard in our medical world. But it has been proven (and not the first to be announced by me) that a hernia of the spine does not infringe on the spinal nerves, because the intervertebral disc itself is located below the exit of the roots of the spinal cord. This — first.
Second. Cartilage bones do not hurt. And the nerves of the spinal cord also do not hurt, because they do not have pain receptors. And pain recipes have (mostly) only muscles, ligaments, tendons… Conclusion? Diagnosis «hernia as a cause of pain in the spine» insolvent.
But we do everything according to the scheme: the patient goes to the doctor, the doctor prescribes an MRI, CT scan, and based on these studies, a diagnosis is made and a treatment regimen is proposed. So, the treatment in advance will be wrong! Because the deep muscles of the middle surface of the spine are not examined by any MRI. And, unfortunately, this leads to a disaster called "loss of spinal health."

— Muscles — it's a healing factor. They deliver power to the disks. Deliver food to organs. Because blood vessels pass through the muscles. And it is precisely this circumstance that is often forgotten by therapists. Hurts? Great, they say, now we will prescribe pain pills for you… And these pills, by the way (also proven!), in 50 percent of cases lead to heart attacks and strokes.
Pills don't help? Let's blockade! What about blockade? It blocks the nerve patency, leaving the person defenseless. And most importantly — does not give a result, does not restore performance. Causes operations that automatically disable.
I believe that the main factor in the health of the spine are the muscles through which the vessels and nerves pass. And if you work with these muscles correctly, you can achieve excellent results.
Many offer running. This good aerobic exercise for healthy people with healthy joints. Those who know how to prepare these joints for running. — To get rid of pain in the spine, restore his health, for starters & nbsp; you need to contact the kineotherapy center and conduct multifunctional musculoskeletal diagnostics. The very diagnosis that needs to be added to MRI, CT and X-rays. I'm not against these surveys in principle, they just aren't enough! You need to understand: can you bend or not bend? Can I do push-ups or can't I do push-ups?
I divide the spine into three parts. Just like the whole body.
"First floor" — legs. The legs are responsible for the lumbar spine. This means that a person (if he has healthy joints) can squat to improve the blood supply to this department and the pelvic organs — prostate in men, appendages and uterus in women. Because it is the lack of blood flow on this "floor" leads to fibroids, prostatitis and endometriosis.
"Second floor" — torso. Muscles of the back and chest. I suggest exercises for the press: you lie on your back and raise and lower your legs. Necessarily on exhalation, and such, you know, intelligible, energetic, loud: "Ha!!!!". Because this reduces intra-abdominal, intrathoracic and intracranial pressure. Indeed, often a person does gymnastics, but there is no sense in it: it’s bad anyway! They come to our classes with a pressure of 200 to 160, and leave — 160 to 85. Because learning to work with the breath correctly, this is extremely important.
— I'm probably more of to "third floor" — "office rat": neck hurts in the evening, head & hellip; What do you recommend, doctor?
— Improve blood flow in problem areas, in the same cervical spine. Dinner, is everyone gone? I got up and at least from the table, from the wall I squeezed out several times.
Better yet. First, I sat down 10 times (on the exhale, as in all exercises!), The blood has already run throughout the body. Then — lay on her back and lifted her legs, too, 10 times. 10 times she did push-ups. And so: wrung out — took a sip of water, again wrung out & nbsp; —again a sip of water… And so for 10 & mdash; 15 minutes every day. It's not work, it's fun!
It must be remembered, just cut down on the nose: life is movement. But people remember this most often when they have lost the ability to move. And then they run to the doctors. But we can raise ourselves, we just need not be lazy to work.

— Read my book "Osteochondrosis" — not a sentence, for beginners. And start slowly doing the exercises that I recommend there. Breathing correctly. Wiping or dousing with cold water & nbsp; — anything, just do not warm yourself, do not put any compresses recommended by grandmas, do not wear corsets. And — no warm scarves! It's unhealthy. This impairs blood circulation.
