  1. An extra dose of fat

The inhospitable autumn weather does not spare anyone, so to strengthen the "external protective device" the body does not interfere. The skin, which is no longer hot, begins to produce less fat and substances that retain moisture. Therefore, such substances should be part of the day and night cream. If you don't want to buy a separate skin cream for the fall, you can go for a little trick and add a drop of essential oil to your favorite skin care product just before using it (if it's not too oily already). In general, adjust the oil level of your cream according to the needs of your particular skin.

A nice addition to the use of essential oils is their wonderful aroma, which will help cheer you up on dull autumn days. And don't forget to take care of your lips – carry hygienic lipstick with you.

  1. Glass of health water

There are many options for drinking N2O in any form. It doesn't matter which one you choose – in winter, and in summer, and in autumn, and in spring, your skin needs to be moisturized. However, most of the drinks we drink today contain sugar and/or caffeine, which have devastating side effects – we begin to confuse thirst signals with hunger signals.

Optimal time for a glass of water – morning after getting up and one hour before meals and half an hour after each meal. For every kilogram of body weight you need to drink about 35 milliliters of water. On cool autumn days, a cup of warm water with lemon and honey or warming ginger tea will bring warmth and comfort.

  1. Vitamins available

Autumn is rich in vitamin vegetables and fruits that will help keep skin and hair young and beautiful. At any time of the year, remember that all types of cabbage are rich in antioxidants and vitamins A, C and E. Carotenoids, found in carrots, tomatoes, spinach and broccoli, scavenge free radicals and promote healthy cell division. Chicory, in turn, stimulates digestion, which has a beneficial effect on the complexion.

Monika Fuchs promoted the apple as a daily health supplement. “Not only is it high in water, apple polyphenols also have anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties, and the pectins in apple peels are an important dietary fiber.” Therefore, apples do not need to be peeled, but remember to wash them well.

  1. Treatment for damaged hair

Dry hair should not be washed daily, because every time we wash our hair, we wash off the protective oils. Remember that you need to wash your hair in warm (not hot) water and rinse your hair along the length with cold water – it evens out the surface of the hair and gives it shine.

It is highly discouraged to use a hair dryer frequently. However, if you do not have time to wait until the hair dries on its own, then apply special thermal protection products to them. Combing your hair from top to bottom will give it extra shine. Special hair masks or oils, which are best left overnight and washed off in the morning, will give special smoothness and beauty to the hair.

  1. Oil Scrub for Silky Hands

Cheated Hands – a typical autumn problem, which is exacerbated by the use of cleaning products. Protective gloves can help prevent eczema on your hands.

Oil hand scrub is easy to make. Take a teaspoon of sugar and two tablespoons of olive oil, mix the ingredients until smooth, apply on your hands and massage them in a circular motion. Sugar will help improve blood circulation, olive oil nourishes the skin, dead cells are removed. Finally, wash your hands and gently pat your skin dry. This kind of hand care will help them look great at any time of the year.

  1. Herpes Prevention

Hard day, cold weather, or the onset of menstruation – any of these events can awaken the herpes simplex virus and lead to the appearance of herpetic fever on the lips. The sooner you start treating it, the sooner you will get rid of this unpleasant phenomenon. However, it is always better to prevent a disease than to treat it. Try to avoid physical contact with people who develop herpetic fever on their lips.

Another logical step is to strengthen the immune system through proper nutrition, adequate sleep and exercise, and limiting alcohol and smoking. Some research results support the effectiveness of the essential amino acid L-lysine. Proper prophylaxis with high doses of L-lysine capsules will help prolong the time between the appearance of cold sores on the lips. This effect is explained by the simultaneous blocking of L-arginine, which is necessary for the virus to multiply. This is why arginine-rich foods such as chocolate and nuts should be avoided in herpes infections.

  1. Peace and relaxation

Be sure that all the rushes at work, emails and phone calls are reflected on the skin. Modern communications are slowly becoming the curse of our age – you can’t get rid of them either at work or on vacation. Tired, pale and exhausted skin, on which acne often appears, signals stress, if not before the nerves, then not much later. Great stress management strategy – Take small breaks to allow your body to recover. In this case, regular exercise and the practice of relaxation techniques are very effective as part of skin care. Both skin and hair will thank you for it.

Best regards to all readers, Yours Bern Mones.
