Щипковый самомассаж лица для коррекции контура

The huge variety of salon procedures using the most modern technologies is amazing. It offers women procedures for any type of skin, for a quick and effective solution to any problem and at any age. However, it cannot be denied that various types of cosmetic massage still do not lose their relevance. But can a massage performed by the skillful hands of a beautician really be relevant in our age of high technology? And, most importantly, is it possible to carry out effective self-massage of the face at home? What result should be expected during such a procedure? Together with estet-portal.com we will try to study this issue in detail.

Massage and self-massage: the mechanism of action

Massage absolutely deservedly remains one of the most beloved procedures for many women. Let's try to imagine the mechanism of the effect of the massage therapist's fingers on the skin of the patient's face. What happens?

First of all, absolutely any type of massage (including self-massage of the face) enhances blood circulation and lymph drainage in this area of the body. And this means that the massaged area receives more nutrients and is more actively supplied with oxygen. As a result, production of collagen and elastane (the lack of which leads to the loss of natural firmness and elasticity of the skin) is activated, natural rejuvenation processes are launched, and the complexion is evened out. In addition, more intense lymph drainage helps to eliminate edema — and this problem can arise even at a fairly young age.

Let's not forget that as a result of massage, your skin cells get rid of waste products much more actively, they are more actively cleansed of toxins.

So, massage (including self-massage of the face) can be considered one of the fairly effective lifting procedures, during which no  skin injury.

Chinese pinching facial self-massage

Using massage techniques and even self-massage, you can make the skin of the face more elastic and elastic, even out its tone, restore its youthful and healthy appearance, and make the contour much clearer. Of course, there is a huge variety of special techniques, the implementation of which is aimed at achieving a specific goal. Today we will talk about Chinese plucked  self-massage of the face. This type of pinch massage — one of  the simplest, in addition, we will act on the lower part of the face, affecting part of the cheeks, chin and neck — often it is this zone that undergoes age-related changes especially quickly.

To perform such a massage, you do not need special oil or cream: it is extremely difficult to pinch slippery skin. Therefore, beauticians strongly recommend removing make-up and washing your face.

Because we strive for aesthetic excellence, we will try to treat the skin in moderation: bruising on the face and neck is not included in our plans!

However, the pinching should be quite palpable and frequent (but not painful!), with minimal intervals between them — only in this way you can achieve the desired result.

Pinch self-massage of the face: execution technique

So, your face and hands are clean, you are ready for the session. But where to start? Experts recommend self-massage of the face in the following sequence:
1. Recommended to start  from the chin. Performing pinching, you should move from the center to the periphery (in this case, from the middle of the chin towards the earlobe). After pinching, a pleasant feeling of warmth should remain.
2. The next impact zone — area of skin under the chin. Loss of elasticity in this area can provoke the appearance of a second chin, even if you do not have a pronounced tendency to be overweight. We pinch the skin, moving from the middle towards the auricle.
3. Let's move on from pinching to stroking. With three fingers, with a little effort, we will draw from the middle of the chin towards the ear.
4. The neck also needs care. Turning the raised head to the right, we will smooth the left side of the neck, then repeat the movements for the right side.

The whole procedure usually takes about a quarter of an hour, leaving no redness or other unpleasant consequences. This means that you can perform a similar procedure immediately after washing your face in the morning, but before applying your day cream.

Myo-stimulating self-massage of the face for wrinkles and edema

The given technique of pinching facial massage — perhaps one of the simplest and most effective, but there are other equally effective methods for carrying out similar procedures. Myo-stimulating self-massage  face, developed by Korean cosmetologists, suggests a slightly different, more intense way of influencing the skin. The skin fold is grasped with two fingers (thumb and forefinger) and squeezed with pulsating movements, bringing and spreading the fingers. To influence a certain zone, it is required to make up to thirty pulsations. This method of massage improves skin firmness and elasticity, helps to even out its relief and has an excellent lifting effect.

A moisturizing lotion must be applied to the skin before the procedure.

Myo-massage will be especially effective in the following areas:
·    in the area of the eyebrows — this will help smooth out deep wrinkles on the forehead;
·    in the infraorbital region — moving from the nose to the temple along the facial lines, you can reduce the depth of wrinkles, relieve puffiness, eliminate sagging skin in the upper part of the cheeks;
·    in the chin area, massaging the muscle just below the corner of the lips, you can increase the elasticity of the skin and prevent the lowering of the corners of the lips;
·    in the area just below the ears, along the edge of the lower jaw: this will eliminate the appearance of a double chin and sagging cheeks.

To whom pinch self-massage of the face is contraindicated

The use of self-massage has a number of undoubted advantages over many salon procedures: it is not traumatic, its use will not require absolutely any costs from you, but at the same time it will allow you to achieve good results with regular use. All that is required of you — it's a little effort and perseverance. However, this procedure also has a number of contraindications.

It cannot be performed:
·    if there are vascular "asterisks" on the skin of the face;
·    in the presence of injuries;
·    with manifestations of herpes and other skin diseases;
·    if you have low intracranial pressure.

So, the use of pinch massage and self-massage of the face — one of the most accessible and safe cosmetic procedures that will make your skin firmer, smoother and more elastic. Cosmetologists recommend doing such a massage daily until a noticeable result is achieved. After that, you can do facial self-massage once a week.
