Restless legs syndrome is a common condition even for people who lead a sedentary lifestyle. At the same time, the reasons for this phenomenon can be completely different. By the evening, you can “fall off your feet” due to an eight-hour working day in warm or tight shoes, due to hormonal failure, problems with the spine or varicose veins. Thanks to several effective ways, it is possible to cope with such a problem.
Contrast shower. It is necessary to alternately rinse the legs with hot and cold water for 30 seconds. If you still have things to do after the procedure, finish it with cold water, thanks to this it is possible to cheer up and tone yourself up.
Foot baths. To prepare such a bath, mix 2 tbsp. l. lime blossom with two tablespoons of chamomile, then pour everything with boiling water and let it brew for 5 minutes. Then add 1 tbsp. l. honey and stir. You need to keep your feet in such a bath for about 20 minutes, until the water cools down.
If, in addition to fatigue in your legs, you also feel pain in your limbs, try using a bath of nettle (1 tbsp.) And mint (1 tbsp.). Pour the mixture into 1 liter. boiling water and let it brew for 30 minutes. This procedure also takes 20 minutes.
Ice. Rubbing feet with a piece of mint ice – the perfect ending to a contrast shower or one of the foot baths. In order to prepare mint cubes, you will need a glass of boiling water and 1 tbsp. l. mint. The resulting mixture should be infused for half an hour, and then it must (after complete cooling) be poured into ice molds and frozen. Using such cubes can not only relieve fatigue, it is also an excellent tonic for the skin.
Cream. After water procedures for the legs, you can massage the legs using troxevasin in combination with any moisturizer.
Also, leg fatigue can be relieved by throwing your legs on the back of the chair and holding them in this position for 10 minutes.
