    Полностью согласна по поводу быстрого возвращения веса после выхода из монодиеты, гораздо более эффективны длительные диеты, но с более сбалансированным рационом. Я год назад на 13 кг сбросила, вес держится до сих пор, правда для профилактики 1-2 раза в неделю устраиваю разгрузочные дни на твороге. А вот что касается творога, то все говорят сейчас о том, что гораздо полезнее жирный творог, потому как обезжиренный гораздо хуже организмом усваивается. Лично я готовила на 2,5% жирности. Закваски брала сухие.
