Закисление организма – основная проблема современного человека

Acidification of the body – a common thing in the modern world, since production technologies have made life much easier for a person, but the price that he pays for such "civilized food" measured in health damage. Plus, inattention to the prompts of the body often leads to disastrous consequences. For example, a person often ignores the following symptoms associated with acidification of the body:

  • hair loss;
  • pain in the joints;
  • rheumatism;
  • visual impairment;
  • high blood pressure;
  • insomnia;
  • problems with skin, nails;
  • constantly cold extremities, etc.

Acidification of the body – invisible cause of disease

Even good doctors sometimes resort to getting rid of the symptoms, rather than eliminating the cause of such diseases associated with acidification of the body.

An interesting example in this case is the article about Dr. Campbell and the former US President. Below are excerpts from this article:

"The former president is also one of the cardiac patients. Prior to his 2004 bypass surgery, a dietitian wrote an open letter to the president advising against surgery… Bill Clinton switched to a healthy diet – fruits, vegetables, low-fat foods – and was able to restore health…

During the 1980s, Dr. Campbell studied the dietary habits of rural Chinese who ate like most Europeans before World War II: fruits, vegetables, limited amounts of animal products. In fact, these people are not familiar with many of the diseases from which modern people die. In China, malnutrition is blamed for chronic diseases.

Why acidification of the body contributes to the development of diseases

The environment favorable for life is alkaline, not acidic! Note, however, that the acidity of the amniotic (amniotic) fluid reaches 7.5-8.5. Microorganisms useful and necessary for normal life can exist only in an alkaline environment. In the absence of such microorganisms in the digestive system, it stops working properly. The first wake-up call in this case is indigestion, and the more often, the more dangerous.

Harmful microorganisms thrive in an acidic environment. For example, this concerns the fungus Candida, which often becomes problems with the stomach. Trichomonas – parasites, the causative agents of trichomoniasis, which is associated with cancer, also live and reproduce calmly and comfortably in an acidic environment with a minimal supply of oxygen.

When the acidification of the body reaches a critical point, it can no longer function normally, which results in an increase in disease, organ failure and even death. However, this process is slow, so very few catch it in time.

What acidification of the body is considered critical

The organs and systems of the body begin to fail when a certain critical point of acidity is reached. Since each organ or tissue has individual acidity limits, there are no general standards for all organs and systems. Therefore, such values are indicated separately for blood, urine, saliva, etc.  For example, the pH value of saliva should be 6.8-7.2. With increased acidity of saliva, the enamel is destroyed. Therefore, the presence of caries should alert you – perhaps the problem lies precisely in the acidification of the body.

Acidification of the body proceeds slowly, however, in case of abuse of carbohydrates, sugar and animal proteins, acidification occurs steadily. An excess of the above substances in the digestive tract leads to the formation of acids, which the body must, but does not always have time to neutralize.

Foods that cause acidity in the body:

  • sugar;
  • white flour;
  • meat and dairy products (animal proteins);
  • nicotine;
  • alcohol;
  • coffee;
  • black tea;
  • potatoes;
  • risk;
  • sweet drinks, etc.

The abuse of such products leads to acidification of the body. Previously, this problem did not exist, because now we consume much more sugar and carbohydrates than our ancestors.

Why does acidification of the body cause pain

If there is an excessive amount of acids in the body, it throws minerals that the body does not receive from food to neutralize them. He takes these minerals from bones, teeth, etc. Since acids can corrode even glass and gold, they easily damage joints and discs (intervertebral discs, which become weak due to acid exposure, can no longer function properly, resulting in pinched nerves and pain).

Because only certain biocompatible acid-base balances contribute to the normal functioning of the body, their violation can lead to various kinds of problems:

  • demineralization;
  • accumulation of harmful substances;
  • weakening of natural immunity.

Consequences of demineralization:

  • osteoporosis;
  • heart attack;
  • stroke.

Demineralization symptoms:

  • damage to blood vessels;
  • caries;
  • hemorrhoids;
  • varicose veins;
  • fractures;
  • hernias;
  • disc corruption.

It should be noted that milk, which was previously considered good for bones, has a devastating effect on them.

The accumulation of harmful substances in the body is fraught with:

  • rheumatism;
  • arthritis;
  • kidney and gallstones;
  • kidney damage;
  • Hearing and visual impairments.

If residual acids accumulate in the joints and crystallize, they can damage the joints in a purely mechanical way, as the needle-like crystals wear down the joints like sandpaper. In this case, the cause of pain in the joints is not their overload, but the acidification of the body and the formation of the crystals described above from acid residues. At the same time, the synovial fluid is not able to protect the joints from this kind of damage.

The consequence of a decrease in natural immune defenses is a variety of diseases, from common colds to life-threatening infections.
