It's unfortunate, but we all get older. Facial skin loses elasticity, muscles – elasticity, and before you know it, the first wrinkles appear. Of course, no one succeeds in avoiding aging, however, knowing your morphotype, you can delay this unpleasant process as much as possible.

There are four facial skin aging morphotypes: tired, deformed, wrinkled and muscular.

Tired morphotype

This is the most harmless type of facial skin aging. Most often inherent in women with the correct oval of the face and dry or normal skin. Signs of a tired morphotype are the formation of nasolabial folds, as well as gravitational ptosis – prolapse of the skin of the face. Because of this, the face looks tired, as after a hard day's work. With a tired type of facial aging, slight pigmentation can be observed, however, in general, the owners of this morphotype retain youth for quite a long time.

What to do?

A tired morphotype does not require a specific approach, so the recipes for maintaining facial skin elasticity are the most standard – hardware cosmetology, Botox injections to smooth wrinkles, chemical peeling to eliminate age spots.

Deformation morphotype

This type is typical for overweight women. It is expressed in the drooping of the cheeks, the appearance of a second chin, swelling of the eyelids. Facial contours are deformed – the cheeks "blur", folds form on the neck and deep nasolabial furrows. This morphotype is not characterized by wrinkles and excessive pigmentation, however, women often suffer from rosacea – expansion of small vessels, which is expressed in reddening of the skin and the appearance of a vascular network.

What to do?

The golden rule for women with this type of skin aging should be weight control. It is excess subcutaneous fat that leads to facial deformity. The last resort may be surgery and facial contouring.

Wrinkled morphotype

As the name implies, the hallmark of this type of aging is the appearance of a large number of wrinkles. The wrinkled morphotype is found in lean women with dry skin. Due to the lack of collagen, the face begins to wrinkle early – the skin of the neck is especially deformed. The consolation for the owners of this morphotype is that wrinkles do not progress with age, so the skin of the face at 40 and at 60 will look almost the same.

What to do?

First of all, moisturize the skin of the face. And you should start as early as possible! The number of wrinkles can be reduced by hyaluronic acid, moisturizing cocktails and Botox injections.

Muscular morphotype

This type is inherent mainly in Asian women. Over time, their facial features coarsen, nasolabial folds and age spots appear. Otherwise, the skin of the face is not subjected to serious deformations – cheeks remain smooth, facial contours remain clear.

What to do?

The facial skin care procedures are the same as for the tired morphotype. Owners of a muscular morphotype should diligently protect their skin from exposure to ultraviolet rays, do peeling and moisturizing masks.
