Success comes to those who really love their work

It is my deep conviction that when a person does what he loves most, success will surely come. No wonder they say: make your hobby a job – and you'll never have to work again. I am sure that I managed to achieve success due to the fact that my work never bothered me in any way. I don't get tired of my patients, or doctors, or students, or employees of – because everything that happens is interesting to me, even routine research.

You need to be ready to do what is unusual and not pleasant

When I was young, I hated to write essays and never imagined that the need to do it again would overtake me. When I had to prepare articles and other materials about research and methods, this was a serious test for me. I did not trust writing to other people, because as a practitioner I wanted to present the information in the most accessible and understandable way, so that every doctor, after reading my article, would understand what to do and put it into practice. And I got what I wanted, my articles are a success.

Always be open to teamwork

I often have to travel to different countries for work and professional development – I regularly continue to learn new things, I am a member of the American Academy of Dermatology – and noticed this feature: our doctors often try to make a personal impression, while, for example, American colleagues are used to working collegially. In fact, individualism – this is the wrong approach. I always teach my coaches the need to openly and easily share their knowledge. Moreover, it must be done in such a way that the most difficult thing should be stated so simply that even the cleaner in the office understands. If she didn't understand, then you – bad doctor and teacher – unable to pass on their knowledge to others.

I don't understand doctors who share  my own and other people's knowledge and achievements, I am always open, because I am sure – my colleagues grow up with me, go with me, share work with me, and if I come up with something new tomorrow – they will help me realize it.

Every job should be done as well as possible

I love people very much and I think that everyone should find a place in life where they can do something to the fullest. I am very annoyed when a person justifies his bad work by saying that he does not like it – they say it's stupid for a specialist with a higher education to wash the floors. Any work must be done well, preferably best of all – or not take it at all. Perhaps I am a perfectionist, but I demand such an attitude from colleagues, from relatives, and from myself in the first place.

I love people very much and I think that everyone should find a place in life where they can do something to the fullest.

Does it happen that you are asked for your opinion about a drug that you do not approve of?

It is my firm conviction (probably based on some personal positions) that one should never talk about competitors in a negative way. In addition, a completely worthy brand can have an unsuccessful technique or an imperfect drug, not to mention the human factor that greatly affects the use of all this. Yes, we can talk about technologies, compositions – but not about brands, since it is impossible to discuss all the drugs that this or that manufacturer has.

It is very difficult to answer the question about the effectiveness of such and such a drug in skin biorepair. Firstly, today half of the preparations intended only for skin biorevitalization are called bioreparants – only because we have advanced this technique. Secondly, the preparations for bioreparation of our company work in the skin for three weeks. And the manufacturers of some meso-cocktails in syringes claim that these products also have similar properties, although they work in the skin for no longer than 15 minutes after injection. And allegations that in these 15 minutes the drug can "start" any processes of neocollagenesis in the skin are completely groundless.

Give people the most important things you can share

When we organize training lectures for doctors, it is important for us not only to impress, but for specialists, after attending the course, to be able to go and immediately start working, and not make mistakes. It is very important for us to share all the important developments. We do not just give marketing lectures - here is the drug, take it and inject it as you like.

It is important for us that even when working with other drugs later, the doctor does not allow complications in patients and does not discredit the technique as such.

We always try to be the best, to do something very useful and important – this is the most important thing for our company.

    Полностью согласна, что успех приходит к тому, кто всей душой любит свою работу. Ведь когда работа приносит удовольствие, хочется двигаться дальше и достигать все новых и новых высот, развиваться в направлении, котором трудишься. Именно когда занимаешься любимой работой, хочется сделать все просто идеально, вкладываешь в работу всю свою душу и это придает тебе сил. Ведь только сильный и грамотный руководитель способен повести за собой.

    Абсолютно согласна с Натальей Михайловой. Мудрые слова говорит. Ещё есть фраза, дословно не помню, что-то вроде:" самая лучшая работа - это высокооплачиваемое хобби". Всегда в руководстве нужно сочетать и ежовые рукавицы и пряник, но и не забывать оставаться в первую очередь человеком. Так же в большом бизнесе нужно иметь хороший коллектив, которому можно будет доверять, для этого нужно быть проницательным. Сильный руководитель работает СО своей командой, а не просто контролирует и смотрит издалека. Руководитель - это сложное положение, не каждый с этим справится.

    Все хорошо написано, только отдаваясь делу на сто процентов можно рассчитывать на успех. Такая банальная фраза хорошо разобрана здесь. И конечно, лучший руководитель должен уметь видеть главное, на пять шагов вперед, должен видеть возможности, концентрироваться не на проблемах, а на их решении. И конечно уметь смотивировать коллег и подчиненных, наполнить их своей силой и повести за собой!

    Ну что тут добавишь, Наталья Михайлова права, когда любишь свою работу, то и успех приходит в скорости, нежели когда ходишь на нее как на каторгу, я вообще выучился на менеджера, стала начальником отдела, но работа была не любимая, поэтому приходил, отсиживал и домой. В это время работал в интернете, честно я обожал ее, мог днями сидеть, в итоге ушел с поста менеджера и работаю сейчас в интернете, я нисколько не жалею, потому что понял, что это мое призвание и зарабатываю тут крайне хорошо, при этом замотанности нет, я делаю, то что мне нравится, чего кстати и всем рекомендую.
