Foot peeling can be prepared using:
- one glass of sea salt;
- one glass of Epsom salts;
- one glass of soda;
- moisturizing foot cream;
- a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
Mix all the ingredients and add a few drops of peppermint essential oil. In order to better hold the peeling together, you can add a little moisturizing foot cream to it. So you get a double effect. It is best to use peeling for heels in the evening before going to bed. After the procedure, you can apply a moisturizer to the feet and put on socks. You can repeat the procedure daily until the desired result is achieved.
Mint Body Scrub
To prepare a mint body scrub, you need to take:
- a glass of sugar (preferably cane);
- 100 grams of cocoa butter;
- 6-8 drops of peppermint essential oil; food coloring (optional).
Melt the cocoa butter in a water bath without boiling. Let it cool down a bit. Most importantly, make sure that it does not freeze. After heating, mix it with sugar and beat the mixture in a blender. Then you should add peppermint essential oil to the mixture. Optionally, you can add food coloring to make the mixture more attractive. Although this will not affect the effectiveness of the scrub.
Mint body milk
To prepare body milk you will need the following ingredients:
- 100 grams of cocoa butter;
- 100 grams of coconut oil;
- 5 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Cocoa butter and coconut oil must be melted in a water bath. After the melted butter mixture should be put in the refrigerator for five minutes. Next, you need to add essential oil to it and beat everything with a mixer until foam appears. In order for the milk to look more attractive, you can add a few drops of food coloring to it, and also place it in a beautiful jar. This milk is best applied to the body immediately after a shower.
