The legendary Coco Chanel called a woman's neck a passport. And there is nothing better when the pages of this passport are not tattered. However, most often they become treacherously thinner, forcing their owners to cover the wrinkles that have appeared on the neck either with a massive necklace, or with a multi-colored scarf, or even hide them under a deaf collar of a dress. But the neck can remain a swan for a long time, if only you follow simple rules.

Method #1. Special care: pamper and nourish the skin of the neck

The skin of the neck needs special care. In this area, it is very thin, moreover, it is characterized by reduced activity of adipose glands. Therefore, the usual soap is not suitable for cleansing. It is better to use cosmetic milk or cleanser.

Neck cream up to 30 years old can be used as a moisturizer. But for ladies of a more respectable age, it is better to choose those creams that contain active nutrients.

Once a week it is good to make masks for the neck. In addition, you can periodically nourish the skin with olive oil or sour cream.

• Clamp a teaspoon with your teeth (you can take another object, for example, a toothbrush) and draw geometric shapes with it in the air, while stretching your chin forward.
• Place your palms on your forehead. Lower your head down, while resisting with your palms until you feel tension in the neck muscles.
• Support the head from below with joined fists. Press them on the chin from the bottom up. Try to throw your head back and at the same time try to keep it motionless due to the tension of the lateral muscles of the neck.

The right pillow is not only a guarantee of good sleep, but also an anti-aging agent.
The fact is that sleep is not only the best medicine, but also a rejuvenating agent, because during it the skin regenerates. But if mechanical injuries are caused to her under the influence of an incorrect posture, then their result will soon appear on the neck in the form of unwanted wrinkles.

How to choose a pillow for perfect sleep:
• the height of the pillow is directly proportional to the width of the shoulders: the wider they are, the higher it is;
• the rigidity of the pillow depends on the position in the dream: the most rigid — when sleeping on your side, medium hard — on the back, soft — on the stomach;

Method #4. Remember the neckline: clean, moisturize and nourish

Many ladies, when caring for their necks, make one big mistake. They completely forget about the decollete zone, which, due to its thinness and almost no subcutaneous fat, is very vulnerable and prone to premature aging. That is why it needs special care. It, just like the neck, needs to be groomed and cherished: cleansed, moisturized, and after 25 years, completely nourished.

What harms the skin of the decollete:

  • soaps, hard washcloths, rough scrubs injure the skin and break its protective barrier;
  • A hot bath or shower can weaken the skin;
  • tight or uncomfortable bras disrupt the lymph and blood circulation of this zone;
