- Herbal compresses. Chamomile and dill, rosehip decoction, mallow petals, cornflower infusion - all these herbs help to remove eye fatigue. To prepare a chamomile and dill compress, take 1 teaspoon of each ingredient and pour liters of boiling water over the floor. Let it brew for 10 minutes and strain, dividing into two parts. Cool one part, the other should be hot. Then take two gauze pads, soak them in the infusion and apply them in turn to your closed eyes. Do the procedure before going to bed for 10 minutes before going to bed 3 times a week.
