E220. It is a preservative, more specifically, it is sulfur dioxide. It is often used in the production of salted fish, frozen fruits and vegetables, as well as dried fruits, marmalades, jams, various types of sausages. This preservative is even added to wines to prevent enzymatic fermentation. It is allergenic and especially dangerous for those who are prone to asthma. It also has a destructive effect on vitamin B1.
E621 enhances the taste. He is – monosodium glutamate. This E-shka is literally on everyone's lips, and there is no particular need to introduce it. But the fact that this supplement acts as a hyper pathogen on brain cells, is fraught with food addiction, and can also cause allergies and "reward" digestive problems, not many are aware.
E104 food coloring. It is used in the food industry in the production of smoked products, chewing gum, and candies. Quinyl yellow dye (as this supplement is otherwise called) can cause hives, provoke choking, or affect children's hyperactivity.
E338, which regulates acidity. Also not a healthy food supplement. It is used in the process of making cheese and meat products. This additive is especially harmful to the skeletal system and teeth, as it displaces calcium from them, which is fraught with osteoporosis and active destruction of the latter.
E320. It is also a preservative, which experts refer to as butylhydroxyanisole. It is part of fat-containing food products, used to prevent oxidative processes and prevent unpleasant odors. Most experts claim that this preservative is toxic and carcinogenic. At the same time, there is no official ban on its use to this day.
