5 steps to self-confidence

Step 1. Set goals and achieve them

Every day, week and month, set yourself certain tasks, the completion of which will train your willpower and self-confidence. It is not necessary to resort to global plans: learn Chinese, for example. You can set small tasks every day, but be sure to complete them. Use 3 execution steps: smallest, medium, and largest. That is, to begin with, ask, for example, the task of reading 10 pages of a motivating book, this will be the smallest result. Then, over time, move to the middle stage, and try to read 20 pages of the same book. And then try to achieve the greatest result – read 50 pages of a book in a day. As the training progresses, your power of self-confidence will increase each time, and it will not take much effort to achieve the highest result.<

Step 2 – Try to do a noble deed every day

Support with words, money, help a child get up when he falls, do overtime work, start running in the morning or learn a language every day – stubbornly doing the load every day trains your strength to overcome difficulties and be always ready to help any person.  

Step 3 – Speak louder and more confidently

Only a confident voice can prove to everyone that you are a strong personality, have a huge potential that will attract others. With each glance, the curious turn of the head in your direction as you speak, the confidence will become more palpable.

Step 4 – Be a hero to others

Superheroes may not exist, but for someone you can become a savior. It can be just helping to write a plan, doing homework for a son, helping a wife in the kitchen, or a future mother in transport, a man with a child when she cries. The main thing is to do a good deed, and the power of self-confidence will overcome any boundaries.
