If the weekend is not far away, and you are already exhausted from your feet, then it is time to take emergency measures. Simple and effective ways to help "recharge" body and fill it with energy. To do this, it is enough to use simple means: a restorative diet, energy drinks, a relaxing massage and a bath. But from coffee and strong tea, on the contrary, you should refrain: caffeine can increase the feeling of weakness. We offer you to adopt the following recipes for energy recovery of the body.

Medicinal herbs will help relieve fatigue, and coffee — strengthen it

Method #1. Drinks. Contain many vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates, which contributes to increased efficiency

In the morning, drink a glass of water with 1 tsp. on an empty stomach. honey and juice of half a lemon. Prepare a drink in the evening so that the enzymes contained in honey are activated overnight.

Drink recipes that give you energy

Apple. Add 1 tsp to a glass of unsweetened apple juice. finely grated ginger root.

Orange-banana. Beat three ripe bananas with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice with a blender. Add three strawberries (can be frozen), 1 tsp. flaxseed and a small glass of natural yogurt.

Fruit and berry. Cut the berries of a small bunch of grapes in half and remove the seeds. Peel and cut two kiwis. Mix fruit with a few nuts, add fresh mint leaves.

Beetroot. Peel the beets and celery root, grate on a fine grater, and then beat. Add spices and lemon juice to taste. Can be diluted with non-carbonated mineral water.

Strong tea or coffee. A cup of coffee, which contains 60 mg of caffeine, or tea (30 mg of caffeine) can have a stimulating effect. But if the daily dose of caffeine exceeds 400 mg, then this can cause weakness, headaches, nausea and diarrhea. Tea also contains tannins, which interfere with iron absorption, which can increase feelings of weakness.

Method number 2. Medicinal herbs. Ginseng is famous for improving digestion, which helps the body make better use of the energy that comes from sugar. In addition, it suppresses the production of lactic acid in the muscles and thereby relieves fatigue.

Preparations that contain Ginkgo biloba also have a tonic effect. This plant is often called a living fossil: it improves blood circulation and improves brain function.

Yoga tea will also help. It includes cardamom, ginger and cloves. And, just like ginseng or Japanese ginkgo, it relieves fatigue and energizes.

Method number 3. Water procedures.  Make it a rule to take a contrast shower every morning and in the evening — hot bath.

The shower can be combined with a hand and foot massage. Massage each finger separately, and feet — with both hands at the same time. Then pour water over and finish with a cold shower. This procedure stimulates the body and strengthens the immune system.

In bath, add three handfuls of salt or 15-20 drops of lavender essential oil. Immerse yourself in the bath for 15-20 minutes, then wash your body with warm water and dry yourself with a towel.

Method #4. Energy diet. It is rich in carbohydrates, which are quickly converted into glucose, and gives an instant burst of energy. But as soon as the sugar is burned by the cells, fatigue will immediately appear. Therefore, you need to take into account the content of carbohydrates in food and eat fractionally. This will help keep your sugar levels in check.

  • Complex carbohydrates will help provide a long burst of energy. Look for them in pasta and rice.

Method #5. Relaxing massage. For its implementation, it is good to prepare oil using aromatic oils: in 1 tsp. olive oil add five drops of rosemary or grapefruit.

Massage the hands first: each finger separately, then the palms and forearms. Then the legs: first the feet, then the calves to the knees and to the hips.

Method number 6. Acupressure. This — a proven way to restore strength and energy. You can enhance the effectiveness of the procedure by inhaling the aroma of essential oils of lavender, chamomile or citrus.

  • Press with your index fingers on the point, which is located on top of the head, and massage it for 5 minutes.
