5. Get on all fours. The legs and arms should be shoulder-width apart. Next, straighten the right leg and raise it 30 cm from the floor. We do 25 swings with the foot down and up. We return to the starting position and repeat everything with the left leg.
6. Without changing position, we lower our head down, and raise our pelvis up. Then we pull the right knee so that we can touch the forehead. Next, straighten the leg, stretch it up and at the same time raise the head. We repeat this exercise 10 times with each leg.
7. We kneel, we hold the body vertically, we place our hands along the body. Keeping your back straight, we lean back a little and stay in this position for a few seconds. Next, we return to the starting position. Number of repetitions – 5 times.
