When sunbathing on the beach, holiday-makers not only forget about the hours of harmful solar radiation from 11.00 to 16.00, but also deliberately refuse sunscreens that can protect against sunburn.

3. Creams containing natural juice or aloe extract soothe irritated skin.

4. Relieve inflammation of the skin lotions, aerosols or ointments containing 0.05% hydrocortisone.

When the pain, swelling, burning and redness subsides, take care to intensively moisturize the skin to avoid the formation of rough crusts and dryness, as seen in the picture below. To do this, use intense thick moisturizing creams, sour cream, skin-softening infusions of herbs. For the future, remember to use sunscreen. In the summer, protection must be used even within the city.
