Clairvoyance – an unusually interesting gift that provides a person with many opportunities. Few people refuse to know the thoughts of others. And what about the availability of information from parallel worlds that is impossible to get on Earth, or awareness of what lies ahead? In addition, the gift of clairvoyance allows you to diagnose diseases, predict events, feel energy breakdowns, and also feel clots of negative energy in the body, which is possible due to the vision of the biofield of living beings, and much more. There are people who have this gift from birth or who have acquired it after some life cataclysms. And there are those who consider it possible to develop clairvoyance through exercises and practices.

Where should the development of clairvoyance begin and what is it based on

Basic practices to help develop clairvoyance

Concentration

You can use improvised items (take, for example, a glass, a pencil, a spoon, some drawings will also work) or draw a black dot on paper. Sit comfortably, while the distance to the selected object of contemplation at eye level should be about 1 m. At first, this exercise can be performed for 1–2 minutes, but gradually increase the duration of contemplation of an object or a drawn point.

When performing it, two points are very important: it is forbidden to blink, and the eyes themselves must be relaxed.

Visualization

Next, you need to close your eyes and recreate a distinct image or picture of the object being contemplated. This exercise is done for 5 & ndash; 10 minutes daily for 2 & ndash; 3 weeks, as you need to hone this skill.

Intuition

Take four cards, such as four jacks, shuffle them and place them face down in front of you. Close your eyes, imagine the cards laid out and mentally try to ask each of them a question. First ask what color the suit of the card is and try to "hear" answer. Mark everything "heard" on paper, and then check the correctness.

After repeated practice, try to guess the suit of the card directly. And the last frontier will be the complete guessing of the card or cards.

Intuition. Vision.

Take a photo of someone you know. Calm down and concentrate on the image as much as possible. In your mind, ask yourself a question about the person photographed. And for a few minutes, observe all the thoughts and images that come. You need to achieve stability of images in relation to this person. After that, be sure to check the correctness of the "seen".

Aura vision.

You will need an assistant to complete this exercise. Indoors, make twilight lighting. Relax completely, focus and look at your assistant, more precisely, at any point within 10-15 cm around his head. Do not strain your eyes. You don't have a goal – see something. All sensations will come by themselves. You just need to concentrate as much as possible on this area. Exercise should be performed for about half an hour every day. If you are tired, stop exercising immediately.

Of course, the presented exercises are not enough for the development of this super gift, but it is necessary to start with something. Such simple practices will sharpen your intuition, your memory will improve, you will be able to see people, nature and ordinary things in a new way.
