Mushroom barley risotto
Main Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh button mushrooms (chopped);
- 1 cup beef broth;
- Half a cup of pearl barley;
- 80 g shrimp (peeled, halved);
- A cup of low-fat sour cream.
Additional Ingredients: 4 cups water, 1 tbsp. l. garlic salt, 1 tbsp. l. dried sage, salt and pepper.
- Pour the broth and water into a large pot, add mushrooms and barley. Simmer for about 15 minutes – until the liquid is completely absorbed;
- Add shrimp, sour cream, sage, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer everything together for another 2 minutes;
