You will need:

  • 1 long cucumber
  • 1 glass of yogurt
  • 1 st. l. vegetable oil
  • 0, 5 bunches of dill
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Art. l pine nuts (or any other)
  • salt

Cooking:
1. Grate the cucumber.
2. Pass the garlic through a garlic press, add vegetable oil and salt, grind.
3. Add squeezed cucumbers, finely chopped dill and garlic dressing to kefir.
4. Mix everything well and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours.
5. Pine nuts should be roasted in a dry frying pan.
6. After the soup has cooled, decorate it with nuts and herbs.

The diet for acne is based on lean meats, the diet for acne will not be affected by properly cooked chicken, veal and beef.

Recipe #2. Baked chicken breasts with spinach

You will need:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 100 g frozen spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • Crackers and ground peanuts for breading
  • Salt – to taste.

Cooking:
1. First, defrost the spinach, salt the fillet to taste.
2. In one bowl, mix peanuts and crackers, in another – beat the eggs.
3. Beat chicken breasts, dip in egg batter, breaded in nuts and breadcrumbs. Put inside the spinach and roll up.
4. The form must be greased with oil and lay out the rolls. Preheat the oven to 230°C and bake the rolls for 20 minutes.

Fruits are ideal as a dessert to treat acne. In the summer, there is nothing better than a tasty and healthy snack from fresh berries, which will saturate the body with vitamins and help get rid of acne.

Recipe #3. Sherbet strawberry-apple

You will need:

  • 1 glass of apple juice (unsweetened)
  • 3 cups of sweet strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ glass of lime juice
  • lime leaves for serving

Cooking:
1. Place strawberries, blueberries or raspberries, apple juice and lime juice in a blender and purée. Transfer the mixture to a glass or metal container.
2. Place the finished desserts in the freezer and stir the prepared puree with a fork every 30 minutes. Try to shift the frozen parts to the center, and also liquid – to the edge. After 3-4 hours, the sherbet should harden, but not turn into ice and not contain lumps.
3. Remove the sherbet from the freezer and crush the popsicles using a large spoon. Place the sherbet in a plastic container and place back in the freezer for 1 hour.
4. Dessert must be removed from the freezer 20 minutes before serving, arranged in beautiful vases and garnished with mint leaves and berries.
