The essence of the diet – taking homeopathic hCG (human chorionic gonadotropic hormone) orally in the form of drops. According to nutritionists, the hormone gives signals to the central nervous system and redirects the body to use its own energy reserves, set aside in the form of "reserve" local fat deposits on the abdomen, thighs, buttocks in the form of visceral fat. The biological role of hCG – adaptation of the body of a pregnant woman to bearing a fetus. The hormone stimulates the woman's body to store fats and nutrients for the unborn child.

From drinks it is allowed to drink tea, coffee, ordinary and mineral water with gas. The liquid can be consumed at any time and in any quantity. Our body is prone to fluid retention when we drastically limit its intake, so you need to drink at least 2 liters per day.

DAY 24-26 or 38-40 500 kcal without hCG

The last 3 days of the hCG diet You continue to follow a low-calorie diet, but do not take human chorionic gonadotropin hormone. During these three days, the hormone is completely eliminated from your body. Next step – consolidation, the most important final stage of the diet.

Next 3 weeks – stage of stabilization and consolidation of the result.

You should not gain weight for the next 3 weeks despite eating your usual amount of food. During this stage, your body learns to maintain its previous weight by consuming all the proteins, fats and carbohydrates, while not putting off extra calories “in reserve”. The calorie content of the food eaten should not exceed 1500 Kcal per day. This should be enough, the body must learn how to use this energy correctly. There should be no feeling of hunger.

You should eat in five meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks. Observe meal times. During this stage, sugar and carbohydrates should not be retained in the body, as they are most quickly stored as excess weight. To do this, exclude complex carbohydrates: flour products, potatoes, rice, pasta, sweets. Eat healthy foods: meat, vegetables and fruits, combined with healthy fats – olive oil, nuts, eggs, natural butter. Small amounts of alcohol are allowed.

If at the end of the diet you have gained 3-4 kg, enter the meat day: breakfast and lunch – fasting, and for dinner, eat a large steak and one apple, drink plenty of fluids. This will help you bring your weight back to normal in a few days.
