And these representatives of the microworld are always present on the surface of the skin. If conditions are right — heat moisture — they begin to multiply intensively, which leads to the formation of acne. This process is all the more pronounced and intense if you wear synthetic underwear that is adjacent directly to the body.

Long hair

Everyone remembers the experiments in physics class with ebonite rod and hair. So, on the surface of the back, the same electrification occurs when rubbing against the skin of the hair. "Internal" violations

This list may include almost any disease and condition, since the skin — it is a very sensitive organ that can react even to slight changes in the body. So, the appearance of acne on the back is often associated with certain days of the menstrual cycle, with a lot of sweets in the diet, with disturbances in the intestines. These circumstances greatly change the chemical composition of sweat and sebum, which creates even more favorable conditions for the active reproduction of bacteria and skin mites.

How to get rid of pimples on back

If acne breakouts — these are not  single episodes, but a constant phenomenon, and at the same time you have no health problems, dermatologists advise to approach the solution of the problem in a complex way:

  • Maintain the regularity and quality of hygiene, and use during your shower, not a sponge or washcloth, but a brush with natural soft bristles. Do not neglect scrubs, exfoliate your back skin at least twice a week.

  • After any water procedures, be sure to dry the skin of the back and treat it with an antiseptic (chlorhexidine, hydrogen peroxide, furacilin, etc.).

  • For the entire treatment period, refrain from using cosmetic creams or lotions (you can apply them to any other areas of the body except the back).

  • If you have long hair — style your hair up so your hair doesn down back 

  • Wear loose-fitting clothing made from natural fabrics. The same goes for underwear — sports or regular bra, tank tops and t-shirts.
