1. Adjust your diet

Remove whole milk, black bread and fresh vegetables and fruits from your menu. These products provoke fermentation processes in the intestines and support them, as they serve as a breeding ground for bacteria that produce gases.

Preference should be given to soft and enveloping food — mashed potatoes, well-boiled porridge, baked or stewed vegetables (except any kind of cabbage). Of course, carbonated drinks should be excluded — you have enough gas in your body now.

2. Take a suspension of activated charcoal

Activated charcoal is good at adsorbing gases in the intestines, but it needs to be used correctly. You need to drink it not in tablets, but in the form of a suspension: crush 3-4 tablets into powder and add it to 100-150 ml of cool water. Coal does not dissolve in water — before drinking the contents of the glass, shake it or stir it quickly with a spoon.

3. Do gymnastics

To do this, you don’t need to go to the gym: do 10-15 tilts to the left and to the right, forward and back; 5-10 squats; stand on all fours (with emphasis on hands and  ;knees) and do 15-20 swings up and to sides with each leg. Focus on your own well-being — if any exercise aggravates abdominal pain, stop it. And if physical fitness is not 

4. Get a belly massage

Soothing spasms in the intestines that cause pain can be done with massage. Lie down so that you feel comfortable, generously lubricate the skin of the abdomen with massage cream or oil, and begin to make circular motions clockwise. First, do it in the direction from the navel to the periphery of the abdomen, then vice versa — from the periphery to the navel. Do not zealous and do not increase the pressure: the movements should be not pressing, but stroking.

5. Take a warm bath

A warm bath (but not hot!) — an excellent remedy to relieve spasms and facilitate the removal of gases from the intestines.
