    Посоветуйте программу для контроля за питанием. Чтобы запоминать что когда съедено, какие витамины и с контролем калорий.

    Действительно, очень важно отказаться от вредных привычек. я уже лет 5 как изменила свой образ жизни, занимаюсь спортом, пью не кофе, а зеленый чай, принимаю теанин от эвалар и кушаю грецкие орехи. несколько простых действий и правда помогають улучшить работу мозга, да еще и настроение стало выше.
