During the holidays, we allow ourselves to eat a lot, even more than we need. Because of this, extra pounds appear. And so we are thinking, how can we lose them and return the figure to its former shape? Here are some simple tips on how to lose weight after the holidays.

Break your diet into four to five meals a day. Do not listen to the rule "do not eat after 18-00". It is undesirable to eat only two to three hours before bedtime. The main meal should be for breakfast and lunch, for afternoon tea and dinner it is better to eat only fruits and vegetables.

Do not exclude meat from your diet. The main thing is to eat lean meat, that is, beef, rabbit or turkey.

Exclude from the diet mayonnaise, fat sour cream and kefir, flour, milk. 

Try not to eat fried foods, don't use oil. 

Introduce more greens, fruits or vegetables into your diet. These products improve intestinal motility. These foods include celery, parsley, dill, mango, vegetable salads, plums, and carrots. But bananas and grapes are not worth eating - they will only help you gain weight. Dried fruits should also be present in your diet to help restore your digestive system.

Eat porridge with milk, only low-fat. It is also desirable to eat low-fat cottage cheese. 

Menu for weight loss after the holidays.

Breakfast: low-fat cottage cheese with dried fruits, porridge with fruits, fruit kefir with yogurt. 

Lunch:  first – soup with vegetables (as few potatoes as possible) second – lean meat, lean fish (you can also eat baked). Garnished with salads. You can cook vegetable cutlets. Everything is preferably steamed or boiled. 

Dinner: vegetable stew with herbs, stewed or baked vegetables/fruits. Do not forget to eat raw vegetables, fruits and herbs, drink kefir and yogurt.

Remember! Be sure to go in for sports, run, do small exercises in the morning. Since it's winter, don't forget about winter sports. This is not only a kind of physical education, but also a great vacation.
