My weight loss story: mono-diets are banned
— Inna, when did you realize that the figure should be thoroughly taken care of?
— This thought never left me, and I periodically struggled with excess weight, which appeared thanks to parental care — At home, every now and then I was treated to something delicious. And since the splendor of forms for a long time hid high growth, I didn’t pay much attention to this until I fell in love in the senior class.
My boyfriend was into bodybuilding and every time he said I should spend more time in the gym and less — in the kitchen. But the worst thing for me came when he tried to control my nutrition. And then I decided: if a man prevents you from enjoying the taste of food, it’s better ... to leave him.
I decided to take care of myself on the eve of the wedding. Like all brides, I wanted to look good in a wedding dress, which, with a weight of 104 kg, was difficult. Sitting on the "Kremlin", I lost 17 kg. But as soon as family life entered the usual track, the arrow of the scales crept up.
— Why didn't they reuse the tried and tested diet?
— I have gone on a diet many times.
It is impossible to "sit" on a mono-diet; constantly — can be broken.

I ate a lot from excitement. She could raid refrigerators at night, because they are there, stuffed to capacity — just open it. And when other participants in the program hinted to me that I was overweight, I convinced myself that there should be a lot of a good person.
— What made you change this philosophy?
— Somehow a plastic surgeon came to the show. The girls immediately surrounded him: someone was interested in lip augmentation, someone — chest. I decided to learn about liposuction. And then the producer joked evilly, saying that if he was unable to cope with his problem, then I could carry out the operation at the expense of the project.
I spent the whole night in tears. And in the morning I got up with the decision that in my life there would be neither excess weight nor liposuction. That's when, after analyzing my experience in nutrition, I deduced for myself a system that involved reducing portions, giving up alcohol and salt, and the very last meal at 18 o'clock.

- In the morning — oatmeal boiled in water. Coffee without sugar.

— Were you not afraid that a sharp weight loss would affect your skin?
— I immediately took the necessary measures for this, and today I am deeply convinced that the process of losing weight must be accompanied by physical activity. I pumped the press, swam in the pool, did not leave the treadmill, and after a month I felt the elasticity of the muscles. In the first month and a half, I lost 12 kg. Then every month I lost another five or six. And she lost 30 kg less than in six months.
— Are such sacrifices justified?
— Yes. Men only say that they love fat women, but in fact they want to see long-legged blondes next to them. And they are easy to understand! Who would like to have a hippo next to you.
There were periods in my life when I was lonely precisely because of my excess weight. Today I can wear a tight dress, and a short skirt, and "pipe" trousers, without worrying that they will emphasize the fat deposits hanging on the sides.
But this is not difficult to achieve. It is enough to follow simple rules.
Lose weight gradually. Replace fatty foods with lean, sweet desserts with fruit. And cut back on portions.
Keep an emergency food handy, such as a carrot or an apple. This will allow you to cope with the feeling of hunger and not pounce on food.
Eat protein food (cottage cheese, meat) no later than 18:00. When the desired result is achieved, you can change this rule, but only for protein products. And remember: the last meal should be four hours before bedtime.
Be sure to have breakfast and lunch. Only then can you get enough of a light dinner.
Don't rush to candies and sweets. Better eat yogurt or dried fruit. They — excellent antidepressants with minimal calories.
