Honey
Honey is one of those products that cannot be replaced. Not only does it heal, protect, restore and strengthen the body, it is also incredibly tasty. Perhaps this is the only natural medicine that children take with pleasure. It is best to follow reasonable rates — 1-3 teaspoons per day for children, 3 tbsp per day for adults.

Fish
