  1. In the first two stages of the diet, if you feel uncomfortable, do not immediately switch to low-fat foods, as the body needs healthy fats.
  2. Sour-milk products must be exclusively natural and free of dyes, starch, flavorings and other "chemistry".

Apples are recommended to be eaten with the main course so as not to provoke a feeling of hunger (due to the relatively high glycemic index).   1. Vegetables, dairy products and meat (third, fourth and fifth weeks of the diet)

After completing the second week of the Protasov diet, it is allowed to add 300 grams of meat (animal or poultry) or fish fillets to vegetables and low-fat dairy products. Please note that 300 grams is the weight of raw meat or fish. All cooking methods without fat are allowed, except for frying.

Dairy products during the second stage are best reduced by about 1/3. Apples and eggs are still allowed, as are starchy vegetables.

Protasov's diet consists of two active stages lasting 5 weeks and an exit stage, the duration of which is also 5 weeks.

  1. Exit diet (sixth and seventh week)

An important aspect of Kim Protasov's diet is the correct way out, i.e.:

  • reducing the fat content of dairy products and adding about 15 g of vegetable oil to salads (per day);
  • porridge on the water for breakfast (with nuts);
  • replacing two apples with fruit of the same weight or volume (excluding bananas, grapes and dates).

Starting from the eighth week, you can further gradually diversify your menu:

  • instead of dairy products, introduce meat and fish products;
  • add light broths (vegetable and meat) to the diet;
  • gradually increase the fat content of dairy products.

However, it is not recommended to eat pasta, pastries, potatoes and sweets for two months after the completion of the Protasov diet.
