Of the four types of aging – finely wrinkled, deformation, muscular and combined – the third is characterized by the longest preservation of youth and beauty. Women in whom the muscular type of aging predominates remain young for a long time, and wrinkles appear at a very mature age. As for the combined type, it is inherent in women with a combined skin type. Consider the features of these two types of aging and select the appropriate methods of facial rejuvenation.
The third type of aging – muscular type
Far Eastern women and Asian women have a muscular type of skin aging, they look young and fresh for the longest time – no unnecessary wrinkles and deformations of facial features and oval. Mimic muscles in women with this type of aging are well developed, although subcutaneous fat, on the contrary, is poorly developed and can lead to age-related changes. The skin in the muscular type of aging is dense and closely connected with the internal tissues, which allows for a long time not to lose the attractiveness of the appearance. Only in old age, rather as a result of internal age processes, changes appear on the skin:
- bags under the eyes;
- drooping eyelids;
- cheeks seem to droop;
- slight tissue ptosis may appear;
- neck and chin seem to merge.
This type of aging leads to shrinkage of the skin and muscles – lipoatrophy. The nasolabial triangle becomes clearly defined, the folds deepen, especially in the corners of the lips. What is characteristic, the oval of the face remains clear, but the facial features “sharpen” with age.
Methods of facial rejuvenation by muscular type
It is possible to further delay skin aging and the appearance of deep folds and wrinkles in the muscular type of aging if you apply procedures to activate the production of the trio of youth – collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin. Which facial rejuvenation methods suit the muscular type:
- botox;
- chemical peels;
- mesotherapy and homeomesotherapy;
- contouring;
- laser rejuvenation; and also
- ultrasound and microcurrent therapy.
Among the surgical techniques shown are:
- fractional rejuvenation,
- lipofilling;
- blepharoplasty.
The fourth type of aging – combined type
Combined skin (oily and dry) is inherent in the combined type of aging, that is, age-related changes occur in several types at once. Most often, a combination of fine wrinkled and deformation type of aging is observed. Signs of fine wrinkles and tissue deformation, ptosis and sagging of the eyelids, drooping of the superciliary arches appear on the face. In the upper part of the face (eyes, forehead, temples), a finely wrinkled type of aging often develops – wrinkled mesh near the eyes, on the forehead, and in the lower part – deformation – cheeks sag, the second chin "grows" in the neck, deep nasolabial folds are clearly expressed.
The fine wrinkled type is characterized by the following features:
- crow's feet;
- drooping eyelids;
- small bags under the eyes;
- rosacea;
- dry and thin skin;
- facial volume reduction.
The following features are inherent in the deformation type:
- bulldog cheeks;
- round second chin, merging with the neck;
- brow drooping;
- expressed bags under the eyes;
- the oval of the face blurs.
Facial rejuvenation methods
Facial rejuvenation methods are applied according to the type that prevails to a greater extent. Facial rejuvenation methods used:
- biorevitalization;
- contouring;
- chemical peels;
- botox;
- laser rejuvenation;
- mesotherapy and homeomesotherapy;
- injection of autologous fibroblasts.
For surgical correction, the following are considered effective:
- facelift;
- skin blepharoplasty;
- . Knowing your type of aging, you can be prepared in advance for possible problems that will snowball, especially after 30 or 40-50 years for the muscular type. Armed with all sorts of information about the procedures that are shown to combat age-related problems, you can delay old age for a long time and prolong the youthfulness of the face.
