Taste of summer – it is the taste of all kinds of desserts, generously flavored with berries and fruits ripening one after another. However, the realization that they can be reflected in the waist with extra centimeters makes many refuse such sweets. The decision is correct, if, of course, we are talking about high-calorie baked goods.

Red is called the color of life for a reason. It is he who stimulates the nervous system, thereby prompting us to action. At the vascular level, it promotes the release of adrenaline in the blood and improves blood circulation.

To make strawberry pie you will need:
- 500 g flour;
- 200 g strawberries;
- 150 g margarine:
- 100 g sour cream;
- 100 g sugar;
- 50 g cognac (rum);
- 20 g butter;
- 1 egg;
- cinnamon, vanilla, lemon zest (to taste);
- a pinch of salt, soda slaked with vinegar.
Stir sour cream, half sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest into flour and quench with vinegar. Shape the flour into a slide and make a well in it. Crack an egg into it and put the pieces of margarine in it. Grind everything, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Grate the dough on a coarse grater and put it on a greased form. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the remaining sugar and caramelize it. Pour chopped strawberries, pour cognac. Evaporate and let thicken. Decorate the pie with strawberries and pour over the filling.
Yellow desserts normalize metabolic processes

Chop the cookies, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix these ingredients, put in a mold. Let cool.
Beat the pulp of the melon with a blender until the consistency of mashed potatoes. Add melted gelatin, whipped cream and sugar. Mix everything and put on top of the biscuit. Garnish with melon pieces.
Green color helps lower blood cholesterol

- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced;
- 2 Art. l. sugar;
- 4 tsp gelatin;

- mint leaves;
- juice of 1 lime;
- water.
Combine green tea with sugar, pour 2 tbsp. l. water and mix again. Brew mint, let it brew. After that, remove the leaves from the infusion, and pour it into the mass of green tea. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then pour in the pre-diluted and swollen gelatin. Strain. Pour into bowls, cool and leave until completely solidified. Serve drizzled with lime juice and garnished with kiwi slices and mint leaves.
