Boiled chicken breast with salad or steamed vegetables is ideal for dinner. As for cereals, it is better to use for breakfast or lunch.
Tip 2: Eliminate Unnecessary Carbohydrates
Why wear clothes if they don't suit you, are you still fat? And why eat carbohydrate food if there is no benefit? White sugar, flour, polished rice are too rich in carbohydrates. Alena Yudina insists that there is no need for white bread, the flour is so refined that it does not contain any useful vitamins, especially microelements.
