    Beets
  • Apple, carrot
  • Ginger
  • Vegetable oil
  • Spices and salt to to taste
  • One beetroot, an apple and  carrots should be washed,  peeled and cut into pieces. Put everything in a blender, add 50 ml of water, salt, spices and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Now it remains to beat, and then pour into cups.

For cooking you will need:

    1 big beetroot
  • 1 apple
  • Raisins
  • Rice
  • Cinnamon
  • First, boil the beets. While it is cooling, prepare the crumbly rice porridge, mix it with raisins and chopped apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to to taste (may be prepared without sugar as the raisins will add sweetness).

Cut the beetroot into halves and remove the middle. You'll end up with something like two cups. Stuff the beetroot with raisin & apple rice, put a dollop of butter (or drizzle with olive oil) and pour sour cream.

Bake the beets in oven 10-15 minutes.
