  • Garnish. You can cook any kind of cereal, including exotic cereals (bulgur, amaranth, quinoa). This is a great choice for those on a diet. Traditionally in our country, potato dishes are prepared. It can be mashed potatoes, and you can diversify the menu a little and bake potatoes "in a rural way", dipping each piece in a mixture of vegetable oil, salt and seasonings. Sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup are suitable as sauces.

  • Snacks. You can make cuts of smoked chicken breast, roast lamb or veal. Also on the table will be appropriate a variety of salads, cheese and vegetable cuts, canapes.

  • Desserts. Cake — it is familiar, but difficult and expensive. If you can't imagine New Year's without such a dessert, bake a simple biscuit-cream or honey cake. If this is not a matter of principle buy your favorite cakes and candies.
