What to do?
First, admit that you are a workaholic. He will turn to a psychologist or try to figure out what is hidden behind your violent desire to work, and try to satisfy this need in another way. For example, if you are hiding from loneliness, make friends, visit exhibitions, performances.
Secondly, try replacing coffee with tea, smoking less or quitting altogether. Eat more fruits, vegetables, do not skip meals, try to eat right.
