- Valerian root 25g;
- Horsetail 50g.
Mix herbal collection, pour boiling water over it and infuse for 10 minutes. Take 1-3 glasses daily for 3 months.

- Yarrow 25g;
- Anise seeds 25g.
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the collection, then infuse for 10 minutes. Take one glass a day for 3 months.
