  1. Put your palms firmly on the floor, straightening your legs as much as possible.

  6. For maximum relaxation of the mind, the face must be absolutely relaxed, the tongue glued to the palate. At the same time, you need to breathe calmly and naturally, directing all your attention inside the body.
